Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Doodle & Jack, LLC! We’re proud to provide high-quality baby and toddler clothing with a simple and reliable shipping experience.

Processing Time

All RTS orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.  Shipping ranges depending on order type up to 10 business days, but often much earlier. Products are sometimes made to order. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information.

Shipping Options

We currently offer Standard Shipping via USPS:

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Free Shipping: Orders of $80 or more (before tax and after discounts) ship free within the U.S.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to:

  • United States: All 50 states, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses

  • Canada: Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high volume, postal service disruptions, or inclement weather. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@doodleandjack.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
